When you download the Lincoln Way app1, a dashboard of features and services provided by Lincoln, you can access your personal concierge, remotely operate your vehicle 2, schedule service pick up and delivery3 and reserve and pay for nearby parking4 -- all from the smartphone on which you're likely reading this.

If you need support, the app connects you in real time to our Concierge team. Use the app's chat feature, or speak with a live agent, for questions you may have about your Lincoln, help with your account or require roadside assistance (roadside assistance is included for certain Lincoln owners, and available for everyone at a per-service fee).

If your Lincoln vehicle is due to be serviced, schedule a pickup at a time that's convenient for you. You'll be provided with a loaner to drive while your vehicle is taken care of, and your vehicle will be returned, freshly washed, once it's ready3.

The interactive map will help you locate, reserve and pay for parking, so you can avoid circling blocks -- saving both time and fuel4.

Use the app to lock and unlock your vehicle at your whim, start the engine remotely, schedule an auto-start for the morning (or evening) or double-check your fuel levels2.
