The moment you experience a flat tire, you need to get the problem under control. This means removing the flat and putting on the spare that you have. The process is relatively simple once you know the correct steps.
You will want to use your owners’ manual as a guide. Further, you will need the spare tire, jack, and lug wrench inside your car. Once you have these, you are ready to get started. Be sure you are in a safe location. You will need to loosen the lug nuts, raise your car, and then remove the lug nuts in order to get the flat tire off. From there, you are ready to place the spare tire on and tighten everything up.
